In recent decades, the lives of people in their late teens and early twenties have changed so dramatically that a new stage of life has been recognized - “emerging adulthood”.  Teaching undergraduate students at the University of Southern California for the past 14 years has given me direct insight into the lives of emerging adults.  This talk will share some of the unique challenges college students face, barriers to their success and optimal health, and strategies to overcome those roadblocks to help you build your own path.
